Giannis Antetokounmpo helped the Milwaukee Bucks win a playoff game but couldn’t score a table at a Mexican restaurant.

Antetokounmpo says the social media-fueled mess over the missed meal isn’t a big deal.

The food flare-up started after a Bucks fan posted a picture on Twitter of the All-Star forward waiting at BelAir Cantina on Sunday.

Earlier that afternoon Zack Martin Jersey , Antetokounmpo’s putback with 5 seconds left helped the Bucks beat the Boston Celtics in Game 4 to tie their first-round playoff series. Game 5 is Tuesday night in Boston.

The fan’s post went viral. He says Antetokounmpo stayed 10 minutes before leaving. The restaurant later posted a message on social media apologizing for not seating Antetokounmpo in ”as timely a manner as we would have hoped.”

The forward told reporters in Boston on Monday that he left only because his ankle was bothering him. Antetokounmpo missed a couple of games late in the regular season with a sore right ankle.

Antetokounmpo says he knows the restaurant’s owners and calls them ”really good people.” He added that he plans to take up the owners’ offer to pay for his next meal.

Buffalo coach Phil Housley says Victor Antipin is doing good but the Sabres will know more Sunday about the defenseman who was taken off the ice on a stretcher to a local hospital.

”As far as I know, he’s doing well right now,” Housley said Saturday night after Buffalo’s 7-4 win over Nashville. ”He went to the hospital Dallas Goedert Youth Jersey , that’s all I know right now. I haven’t talked to our doctors or trainers.”

The Sabres later tweeted that Antipin was released from the hospital.

Antipin was behind the Sabres’ net and passing the puck when Predators forward Scott Hartnell checked him into the glass from behind, though Antipin turned his head just before the hit at 14:09 of the second Saturday night.

Once a trainer reached Antipin, a stretcher was called for almost immediately in a silent arena. Antipin was loaded onto a backboard before being placed on the stretcher with the defenseman’s head and neck supported by a collar.

”I didn’t try to hurt the guy,” Hartnell said. ”It was just kind of a hockey play. Those plays happen 10-15 times a game. It’s just an unfortunate accident.”

Antipin was skating in his 47th NHL game after reaching the NHL this season.
