My first exposure to "feeding" was Diablo 4 Gold through Fate/Grand Order, which was initially released from Japan in July of 2015. It brought in a total of $4 billion dollars across the globe in 2019. In order to ensure that a character is the very best it could possibly be I needed duplicates of each one.

And when a specific advertisement came up I spent over 300 euros to get the five-star character I'd wanted for years. However, I was unable to obtain the duplicates I needed to be able to appreciate the full potential this character has.
